Residence Mazzanti è una moderna costruzione situata a 50mt dal mare, a pochi minuti dal centro storico che si può raggiungere percorrendo il suggestivo Lungomare Trieste.  

The Mazzanti family offers flats to people loocking for comfort and hospitality. The Mazzanti apartments are in a modern building situated about 50 mt. from Caorle's beautyful sandy beach;
a ten minuts walk will lead you to the ancient harbour town center.

 

Die Mazzanti Residence ist ein moderner Bau, in ruhiger Lage. ca 50mt vom feinsandigen und weitlaufigen Strand.

Zum Hafen und zur geschichtlichen altstadt von Caorle sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

 

GLI APPARTAMENTI sono trilocali,composti da: un angolo cottura,un soggiorno-pranzo,  due camere da letto, (per un totale di 5+1 posti letto + lettino a richiesta senza extra costo), un bagno con servizi e doccia. 

Ogni abitazione è fornita di televisione satellitare e terrazza con  tenda da sole e in alcuni appartamenti  è possibile avere l'aria condizionata.

Il POSTO SPIAGGIA riservato con ombrellone e 2 lettini è a  50mt. dal residence e la spiaggia, molto vasta,  è fornita anche giochi per i bambini.

 

DIE WohnungEN  BESTEHEN AUS :1 kl. Kueche, 1  Wohn-Esszimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer  (5+1 Betten + 1 Gitterbett ohne Berechnung), 1Badenzimmer  mit D/W.C. Jede Wohnung verfuegt ueber eineTerrasse mit Markise.

Einige Wohnungen sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jede Wohnung hat Sat-TV- Anschluss!

Die Wohnungen  der Residence Mazzanti verfuegt ueber einen:

Reservierten Strand mit Sonnenschirm und  Liegebetten. Der Strand befindet sich ca. 50 MT. vom Appartementshaus . Am Strand befinden sich auch einige  Spielegeraete fuer Kinder. Der gesante Strand ist sehr Kinderfreundlich angelegt.

 

 

 

THE FLATS are provided with two bed-rooms for a total of 5+1 beds, a living-dining-room, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, and balkony. For your comfort each flat is equipped with Sat.TV, and in some flats, typ 'A' there is air conditoned. Gripbeds awailable for babies.

THE reserved place on the beach with umbrella and deckchairs,is at 50 MT from the residence hause and  there are olso plays for childrens.
