THE FLATS are three-room flat, thought for family.

DAY ZONE : living-dining-room, new cooking corner  and balcony with a little table and two chairs.
NIGHT ZONE: two bed-rooms for a total of 5 beds ( by request, 1 baby bed without expense) and bathroom with shower.

Each flat is equipped with SAT-TV and by request, independent air conditioner.
For air conditioner you € 40 a week, that it will be as more as you use it.
We suggest to use the air conditioner moderately to have a more energetic saving, By request is a washing machine in the laundry.
In the beach , mt. 50 from the Residence ,there is a reserved place with umbrella and two deckchairs.
Where there is also a free and supervised children- space to get them to play. Other children’s plays are at the beginning of the beach.

THE FINAL CLEANING AND BEACH-PLACE ARE INCLUDED IN THE FLAT
